Jingxin Ma, Partner, Senior Consultant (马景勤)

Mr. Ma is a recognized quality management instructor and consultant in China.  At government level, Mr. Ma has served as a Quality Management Award Judge for Chinese National and at the commercial level, he has served as senior instructors for number of global quality management organizations including TUV, BVQI, and SGS.   Mr. Ma received his management training from GM (Detroit ) while working for Saturn as Engineering and Quality manager.    Mr. Ma is proficient at business management, quality management, IS9000 family, ISO/TS16949, VDA standards, Excellence in Performance Management Standard, Six Sigma, DFSS, and Lean Manufacturing.

马先生曾在美国通用汽车公司研修商务管理 ，曾任北京 SATURN电子（美资）质量部经理技术工程部经理，国家质量管理奖卓越绩效评审员 ，国际认证机构南德TUV(德国)、BVQI（法国）SGS（瑞士）特聘高级培训师，资深的汽车行业的质量管理大师同时专长于整车及相关总成配附件设计开发、生产制造技术。商务管理、质量管理、ISO9000族、ISO/TS16949、VDA系列标准、卓越绩效管理标准、6SIGMA管理、DFSS、精益生产等。

Grace Han, Partner, Quality Management Consultant (韩国芬)

Grace has over 10 years of working experiences in supplier development & quality management.  While working as quality manager, Grace received numerous hands on training from advanced engineers from GM, Delphi, and Chrysler covering from quality and manufacturing operations.  Grace is proficient at SQAP/APQP, DOE, ISO/TS16949, and Six Sigma methodologies.

Lake Min, Senior Consultant

Mr. Min is a Six Sigma Senior Engineer, a Black Belt Instructor, and Senior DOE instructor for Asia Pacific region.  Mr. Min has served as Motorola Six Sigma Instructor, black belt instructor, has completed over 400 Six Sigma projects, edited over 70 training materials, used throughout Motorola in China, published relating documents in all 43 provinces and cities in China.  For past few years, Mr. Min has continuously worked with numerous organizations on quality and process improvements. 

六西格玛高级工程师、黑带大师，DOE亚太区高级培训师, 曾任职摩托罗拉六西格玛黑带高级讲师，作为黑带大师，超过400个成功的项目,编译各种培训材料超过70卷,发表文章在43个省、市或以上刊物,不断指导企业质量改善和核心流程优化。

John Sun, Partner MBA/Computer Engineering/Industrial Engineering

Mr. Sun has over 25 years of experiences in IT, Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, providing consulting services for automotive firms in area of manufacturing and product design.  Additionally, Mr. Sun has developed numerious computer applications for Banking and Finance.  His clients included Ford, GM, EDS, Vanguard Financial Services, Old Kent Bank, and Westlake Financial Services.  Mr. Sun has also served as General Manager and executive VP for number of private and public firms.

Mr. Sun obtained a Computer Engineering degrees from the University of Michigan, a MBA degree from University of Southern California, and a Master’s degree equivalent in Industrial Engineering from the Tsinghua University. 

MBA/电脑工程/工业工程，6 西格玛绿带， 微软认证工程师。超过 25年的 IT 工作经验（汽车制造，银行和金融业），曾创办过若干个信息咨询公司，为美国500强公司从事过信息顾问工作，其中包括福特汽车、通用汽车、EDS，以及通用电气，担任过私人和上市公司的总经理/执行副总裁。
